Then the output is improved, the coke rate is lowered, all smelting indexes have been greatly promoted and the goals of fine quality, low consume and high yield have been realized. Key words: BF; smelting; furnace conditions; operation system 1 引 言　　山东泰山钢铁集团有限公司（简称泰钢）450m3高炉于2003年2月22日开炉投产，采用了多项国内外新的技术装备，包括红外线炉顶摄像系统、炉顶十字测温装置、综合炉底、水冷撇渣器等。高炉炉顶设备为WZ－C系列串罐式无料钟炉顶。开炉17天后利用系数达到3.0t/m3.d,之后一段时间内受原燃料及操作水平等因素的影响，高炉指标一直欠佳。近一段时间以来，通过制定《高炉炼铁优化大纲》,大力改善原燃料水平，制定合理的上下部操作制度等措施，炉况逐步转顺（见表1），高炉各项冶炼指标均有很大提高。表1 2005年1～3月泰钢450m3高炉部分冶炼指标 %时 间利用系数/t.m-3.d-1生铁含硅/%生铁含硫/%煤气中CO2/%风温/℃焦比/kg.t-1合格率/%2005-012．920．650．03617．692157698.872005-023．100．670．03818．496957498.932005-033．35
